so many people ask for the recipie for the salad at the run, figured I would at least post it here. So in case you forgot to PM me for it..............
not like this was happening that night...
here you go.

Summer Sausage Salad
1 package Premio Mild Italian Sausage [1.4 lb pkg] (cooked as per directions, cooled and diced 0.5 inch)
3 medium potatoes, peeled, diced 0.5 inch, cooked and cooled (peel and cook whole & then cut)
3 Granny Smith Apples, unpeeled, diced 0.5 inch
1.5 cups celery, diced 0.25 inch
1.5 cups red onions, sliced
0.75 cup olive oil
3 ounces lemon juice
2 oz cider vinegar

0.25 cup sugar
0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients well and allow to marinate overnight.
