I called, and the differences between a tent site and trailer site are as follows, and I quote:

"Trailer sites are more suitable to trailers -- probably flatter, and better to fit a trailer into. "

Doc. I am in a trailer site #32. Hopefully it is level for the pop-up. Otherwise there will be a lot of stacking.

I have a tent and was thinking a trailer site might be hard packed.

We are still up in the air, I want to go but we are going out to camp for a week Aug 20-27. Rebecca doesn't want to camp herself out.

Sorry I am not as active on the site as I used to be, it is motorcycling weather, I am trying to get a new Job and I am doing a ton of spring stuff around the house that was neglected last year.

Tell her there will be more woman and babies! That should help convince her to come. Plus it's only 2 nights.

s far as a job... I am trying to get a job with the Army Full time (national guard.) I am sick of nursing and the fire department won't hire full time.

Currently I am working as an Honor Guard with the Army.

I too married a NJ girl. My wife hates camping so we shall see how this whole camper thing works out. I am betting she won't like it.

If you have not reserved your campground site yet, please do not delay for too long. It will fill up.

Also..everyone is welcome to join us for the cookout at the park on Saturday, following the winery tour..even if you will not be going to the wineries with us.

Well, the wife and I finally got our schedules to mesh and it looks like we're in for this one. It will be me, the wife, and our daughter.

I looked up the campsite info and it looks like 19 and 21 are still open.

Anthony - Do you still have room and want to double up? If so, let me know....if your full up then I will try to get my hands on 21. We're in for Friday and Saturday nights so we could split the cost right down the middle.

It will be great to finally start meeting some of you guys and girls.

Looks like I am out for this, As much as I would like to get with you guys again, duty calls and I will be at the beck and call of th US Army.

I think that would be ok. Unless anyone is going to be coming for just one night and needs a spot... but nobody has asked.

That's not a bad idea. Might get a few extras to show up that way. Plus, the more I think of it....I might try to get my cousin involved (also an Xterra owner). So that will be two more participants if they come.

If they don't, we'll have an open spot for 'one nighters' also. I'll go in and put my name on Site 21 right now.

Edit: It has been done. I have a reservation on site 21 for both nights!!
