junkyard for the hubs or check on the boards.
There are usually people that have spares or SASed their trucks sell their IFS parts.
Calipers can be bought from any auto parts store usually. They're cheap enough. No need to goto Nissan.

I have a set of calipers I will let go cheap... You will need to get a bushing rebuild kit (about $30 per side) as the piston boots are cracked and leaking. If anything they can be used as a core return so you wont have any down time.
Let me know as I want to make a visit up your area soon for a booze run... the extra hour north wont be a big deal.

Warn makes premium manual hubs for a 2000 x. I can't imagine that an '01 is that much different than a 2000. Could be a possible solution to your problem if your not apposed to getting out of the vechicle to lock in 4wd.
