When driving above 20mph I hear a sound coming from the front wheels. At first I thought it was a rock in the tire treads. I checked them over and no rock. It sounds like the old baseball card in the bike spoke. If I increase my speed the ticking sound gets faster. Do you think it maybe a hub issue? Please let me know what you think it may be.

It could be. I would take the hubs apart asap and check. I had a similar thing happen a few winters ago. I didn't hear it until it was too late...the hubs also stripped my axles, so I had to replace both.
I've replace my hubs more than my brakes.

Thanks for the tip. I'll take them apart to check them out.
