As a consolation for not being in Moab, I met up with some guys from ClubXterra.org for a run in the Pine Barrens of NJ this past Saturday.

This was more or less a fun, relaxing run as Jersey does not have too many challenging trails being so close to sea level. That being said, of course I got stuck once and so did some other folks. Here are some of my favorites that I took.

It was a fun day with some friends that led to a long cleanup the next day. With all the sand, mud, rotting flora and fauna on your truck, a power washer is a necessity unless you want your rig to stick and perform poorly after a run like this!

A Special congratulations to MUSCLE GEEK for this first time out in his shiny, new 2009 Xterra. He did a great job and you could see it by the smile on his face.
