Josh, how about between 11 and 12, then we can get your PML done before we start everything else...hopefully, all goes well.
From Rt 17, take the Roscoe exit, I think it is exit 94 or 96, but it does say Roscoe. Here's the problem, I know the route well but I don't know the county route numbers.
Anyway, off the exit, take a left go straight through Roscoe. You stay on this road for a ways 12 to 15 miles, it weaves and winds (in Rockland, it is 30mph forever, in the middle of nowhere, go 30. Don't ask me how I know, but go 30, set the cruse or you will speed.) You are heading towards Downsville.
In Downsville go though the light and take your second right. It is quick. This is another county route. You are on this for about 10 miles or so, but it seems like forever. At the bottom of the hill, take a right and this will take you to Rt 10, take a right and you are heading to Delhi.
In Delhi, you will go straight through town, past two lights and then take a left onto rt 28. Rt 28 will take you into Oneonta. At the bottom of the hill, there is a light, take a left and you will see I-88. Get on I-88, left, heading towards Binghamton (west) Take the first exit (exit 13)
Off the exit 13 off exit ramp, take a right. This becomes Rt 23/205 You go through three lights, then past a blinking yellow light, through a stop light, anonother blinking yellow light (all straight through) After about a mile, you will come to another stop light, Sunoco Gas Station on your left, you take a left. This is still Rt 23.
You come into West Oneonta, bear right (still 23). Slow down, you are 300 yds from my turn...it is the third left turn (you may only count 2) Balmoral Drive. Turn onto Balmoral, you come quickly to a stop sign, take a left and I am the 5th house on the left.
Long driveway, Cedar House. You should see my yellow X.
You can get on the thruway, I-87, to Rt 28 and follow the same directions. You just take 28 all the way to Oneonta. From White Plains, that may be just as easy.
