btw..if you get there early and are up for it, the hike up the gorge is very cool and only a 3/4 mile long. |

Highest waterfalls east of the Mississippi. 25 feet taller than Niagra. |

I was debating this myself. To bring the dog, or not to bring the dog?? I think we're going to board him for the weekend. We'll probably be able to make it down for dinner. We're leaving around 5-5.30 (hopefully, without things unforseen) and will take the quick 30-40 minute drive to Taughannock. Sorry Kieth. |

Yes. It's very good. the "Pumpkin Ale"? I have had the one made by Blue Moon, also, and it, too, is very good. |

Looks like Blu will be coming with us after all. Nobody has any vacancy for the weekend. ?! Weird, it's not a holiday weekend or anything either. |

Yeah, but it is the summer-time and August is a huge vacation month. |

Try my favorite approach to this.. Cornick: "You have nothing available?" Desk clerk:"No" Cornick: "Would you have something available if the President were coming to stay there?" Desk: "Well of course we would." Cornick:"Well he's not coming, I'll take that one." |

I live 6 miles from the brewery where Saranac is made....it's ok,but I'm not a fan of Saranac beer...I remember when you could buy a case of Uitca Club in the gold cans for $2.99 (+tax & deposit) ahhhhh those were the days. |
