Post subject:  ECXC15 Trail Leaders;
We are looking for trail leaders at this year’s ECXC.
You must meet the following qualifications to lead trails:

-Fully Registered ECXC Driver
-Familiarity with Rausch, the trails you would like to run, ECXC Trail Ratings, Rausch Rules and Regulations.
-A vehicle capable of handling the trails you'd like to lead.
-Competence in leading a group.
-Competence in spotting, recovery, safety practices.
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to be in the Rausch parking lot at 7:30am on days assigned to lead ready to go.

If you would like to lead a group please PM me on this board with;
Your screen name
Your real name
Your email address
Your Cell # (in case of an emergency only, I will not contact you otherwise, will not share the # and delete your # after the event)
Days you would be willing to lead a group (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Trail Level you would be willing to lead (Stock or Intermediate)


Not everyone that offers to lead trails will get the opportunity to do so, but everyone's offer will be considered. ECXC management has the final say in who leads..

Remember their names and watch them during the event. They are who we should emulate and aspire to be.

-Visit and check out your group.
-Re-familiarize yourself with Rausch, their Rules and Regulations.
-Have a vague idea of the trails you would like to run,
-Plan to be in the Rausch parking lot at 7:30am on days assigned to lead ready to go.
-Check the event agenda HERE.
