So, here's what we need to start working on...

- Caravan.. who's up for it and what sort of timing works for the majority? Personally, I'm good with leaving 8a or so from the Springfield, MA area since it'd avoid a good part of the traffic and would get us down there around 2p or so.

Saturday night.. need some members who will be available to help with some of the club promotion activities.. handing out fliers for the B2S run, helping to clean up after dinner and potentially do some of the post dinner support for the after dinner gathering

Sunday... help with any clean up that's needed so that we can leave the place at least as good as we found it.

The goal is to talk up the club, have a good presence and help both our own new members and those that are new to the sport overall. So, start throwing ideas out about what you think we can do. Personally, I'm really looking forward to this year's event because, with the newer trails out there and that I plan to actually do a few trails (at least one that I can think of) in the right direction and see if I can find something on my truck that needs to be upgraded.

Also, if you want to help support a group in some way, post up. I'm sure Dana and crew could use the assistance and would welcome the volunteers.

Amendment to this..
We need a design for the B2S11 run flier...

The person who comes up with a good design within the next week gets a 1-year supporting member status - free.

I plan on Caravanning up on Wednesday as well.

Saturday I can help with whatever, clean up, pass out flyers, bartend… whatever

Sunday I usually stick around until 10 am so no problem cleaning up I would want to leave by noon though.

I need to work on Wed, so will be leaving CT Wed after work. Anyone heading out around that time & would like to caravaan, let me know.

Mike (Svendog) - Unfortunately, I have to leave Sat morning. If there's anything I can help with Thu/Fri, will be glad to lend a hand.

Also, I have a room at the Comfort Inn for Wed, Thu & Fri nights with room for about 2 more, in case anyone's still looking for a place to stay.
