Figured I'ld share what pictures I took while on the trails.

My ECXC album
For those who didn't get to meet them, the kid and adult in some of the pictures are my brother in law and nephew who came out for their first time off roading (what little we did) 8)
Hoping to see more from everyone else. :D

Anybody know who's PC was used for the slideshow on Saturday? I'm thinking Jessie might want to get copies of them.

I'm pretty sure that was Derek's (Inurteeth2) laptop. Maybe we can get a copy of that awesome playlist too?

:P :P :P

Nice pics, Donald. Your truck is looking good. Sorry I didn't get to say good bye to you this morning.

Yeah, the girls at the bar were busting Derek about the Britney Spears music he was playing. :)

Yes, I did on Saturday morning. It was Carlos B and his wife, with a canteen green '04. I introduced myself, and found out he had met me back in November of 2004 when we did a run at October Mountain State Forest. That was a while ago. I told him to drop in here when he gets a chance. I heard one of his leafs broke, along with one other item that I can't remember.

Just edited my post above to include the other albums.

Yesterday (Saturday), I headed out with the same group I wheeled with after the comp on Friday. Stock group led by Disco Dan and he led us down some greens that seemed to have some blue in them. At the end of the day, he brought us over by Lake Christy and around the back to a trail called Roxy's Way which we later found out was a black (at least according to the Rausch map). I think we actually did it backwards, but it was fun as all hell.

I just wanted to publicly thank Dan for a great day of wheeling and some GREAT spotting. I also want to say that I was quite impressed with Jim (Suckafish) for getting through his first time wheeling with tires being his only real mod. Dan and Brandon's great spotting got him through the rougher sections with barely a scratch!

I really had a great time and look forward to the next event whoever it will be run by. Thanks to all the crew that made this a great first (big) event for me. Hope to see and hang with all of you again!

Hi Guys. Yes that was me. I had a great time at the ECXC. It was very nice to see you Mike and to meet all of the other Nexterra members.
I finally broke 2 things. 1 leafspring and one of the bolts on my front sway bar. Truck is driving fine. The only thing is that the rear right has a small drop.
Once I get back to waltham I'll order new leaf packs and new bolts for my front sway bar. By the way where do you guys think I can get new aftermarket leafspring packs?
Most likely I'll need a new set for both sides since the truck already has 63k.

Carlos

Carlos,
www.Alcanspring.com is where a few guys (myself included) got their springs from. They custom make them for your needs and what ever height you want.
