Since I met up with Svendog today we got to talking about ECXC planning. I know he was planning on bringing a camping stove and cast iron frying pan, and maybe other things. I will be bringing a frying pan, industrial pot (easy 12 qts if not larger), a dual burner griddle/grill and a large ice chest (2 if I can fit them). If anyone thinks of anything that would help out please feel free to bring them and list up here.

I was just about to post up as well on this.

I'm going to grab Eric's canopy tomorrow (Monday) so that we have something to shelter under, just in case it's needed

In addition to that, I'll bring:

- Generator
- extension cord, with multiple outlets (I'll try to remember to bring a power supply too so that we can run laptops.
- a couple of chairs
- camp stove
- cooler

We need:
- additional grill (I'm not sure who brought it last year, but as we're going to need one, post up soon if you'll have one or not, else I'm going to go buy one)
-Big pitcher (for a batch drink for saturday night)
- Additional big cooler
- tub to wash things in (pots, pans, blender cup)

Anything else that I'm missing?

You and me both Tom. We did that last year for two nights and it was great. I'm doing it three nights this year.

We found a nice pizza shop one night and walked to Dairy Queen the other. :D

I hear you guys. I am eating out, too. By the way, there is a decent diner at exit 100 -- the Gooseberrry Family Diner. Good food, large portions, and decent prices. A little more nutririous than pizza or Dairy Queen.

More nutritious, do they have any Vegan items on the menu?

Let me put it this way -- you won't run into Jorge there.

They do have "regular" dinners, such as chicken breast, various meat based dinner, pasta. They also have some good sized appetizers. You *can* get a salad with your dinner if you want nutrition.

Breakfast is good there. They do a good biscuits with sausage gravy for those who don't care about their cholesterol.
