If you are receiving this, you?ve signed up for the 8th Annual East Coast Xterra Challenge. That's the first step to achieving Xterra utopia. The next step is to pay the partially refundable registration fee. The registration fee for 2008 is $25. The registration fee is used to pay for the web site hosting and other associated fees, for the food and beverage that is provided Saturday night and for incidentals occurred during the administration of ECXC.



To pay the registration fee, you can use PayPal, money order or personal check. When paying with paypal, please send payment to payment@ecxc.com. If paying by check or money order please make your check payable to Michael Girardo and send it to:

The refund policy behind the registration fee is such:



75% refunded ($18.75) up to 5/1/08

50% refunded ($12.50) up to 6/1/08

25% refunded ($6.25) up to 7/1/08

No monies will be refunded if canceling after 7/1/08.



The registration fee must be paid by 7/1/08.



Thanks again for taking the time to sign-up. By signing up for ECXC you are not obligated to attend or to pay the registration fee. However, if you want to attend, the registration fee is required. There is no rush to pay the registration fee, as long as it is paid by 7/1/08.
