Not sure, but the average person doesn't get nearly enough in a day. Your supposed to have at least 30-50 grams of it a day.

I also have to take these pills every day to gain what I'm losing from food.

3 multi vitamin (flistone chewable)
2 Calcium Citrate + vitamin D
1 Iron supplement
2 Vitamin D
2 Vitamin B12
2 Fish oil

Yeah it sucks that I have to take all this, but it's gonna be great losing all the weight I will be.. ;)
